These terms apply to your use of the Printura app and the printura.app website. By installing or using Printura you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Using Printura

Swiff grants you a free, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use Printura on your devices to design and print labels and stickers, for private and business purposes. You may not copy, sell, rent or redistribute the app, remove its notices, or try to extract its source code except where the law allows it.

Your content

You own the labels, text, images and other content you create. You are responsible for having the right to use anything you add, such as photos, logos and trademarks, and for what you print. Printura does not upload your content, so we do not review it.

Your responsibility for printed labels

Labels for food, allergens, medicine, chemicals, shipping, safety or legal purposes must meet the rules that apply to you. Always check dates, ingredients, warnings and codes before you use a label. Thermal prints can fade with heat, light and time, so do not rely on them for records that must last.

Printers and compatibility

Printura works with many third-party Bluetooth printers, but we cannot guarantee that it works with every model or firmware, and we are not affiliated with printer makers. Use the printer only as its manufacturer instructs. Product names and trademarks belong to their owners.

Free service and changes

Printura is provided free of charge. We may change, add or remove features, update the app, or add optional paid features in the future, with notice in the app or on this website. We may stop providing the app at any time.

No warranty

Printura is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation, to the extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Swiff is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of data, loss of profit, or damage to printers, labels or goods arising from the use of Printura. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

Open-source components

Printura includes open-source fonts, icons and libraries that are licensed under their own terms. The list is in the app under Settings → About.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and can bring claims there.
